Boilers
Weiss offers a wide range of biomass boilers designed for heating systems and district heating networks (hot and superheated water) and industrial processes (steam).
The product catalog includes boilers with capacities ranging from 1 to 17 MW.
Smoke treatment
The wood boiler produces hot flue gases that are used to generate energy. Emissions from wood combustion must be neutralized to protect the environment.
Across the entire system, we combine two filtration stages: pre-filtration (designed to capture larger particles) and filtration (designed to ensure optimal performance).
Ash removal
Combustion residues are present in the boiler combustion chamber (ash) and in the hot flue gases (fine dust).
This ash and fine dust are collected at various stages of the process.
