The Project Execution Department is at the heart of Weiss’s operational structure.
A project manager is assigned to each project. Acting as the main interface between the client and Weiss, the project manager supports the client throughout the entire process, from the study phase through to the commissioning of the installation.
The Project Execution Department has four main areas of activity:

- Selection of equipment and its manufacturing
- Construction works and installation of the boiler and its equipment
