Definitions

  • “Terms of Use”: Refers to the Terms of Use of the Site.

Purpose These Terms of Use define the conditions for access to and use of the Site by Users. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and the operations resulting from them are governed by French law. As the Site is subject to French law, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. Any dispute that may arise between the User and the Publisher relating to these Terms of Use that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Publisher’s registered office.
